Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders using Standard Shipping and FREE for orders over $49* within the continental 48 U.S.
OrganicHealthMarket.com currently only ships to U.S. addresses. We hope to provide services to countries worldwide soon.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING:
OrganicHealthMarket.com strives to ship Next day on most in-stock items ordered Monday – Saturday by 1pm EST (excluding national holidays). Item eligibility can change depending on the day of the week, time of day, and product availability.
STANDARD SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES:
OrganicHealthMarket.com processes orders 7 days a week. We will ship all of your orders using either USPS or UPS with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 1-6 business days. Please note: In some instances your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability) and could use different carriers for each shipment.

Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times.
There may be an additional charge to a high value package during transit. We will contact you if this is the case, and you may opt out of the insurance at your own risk and discretion.
On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. Here at OrganicHealthMarket.com we have a great relationship with our suppliers, so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. We will ship the in-stock items on your order right away and ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING:
All orders shipped will be provided with an online tracking number for status and location tracking. You can always e-mail or call us if you’d like to verify your order’s status.
DAMAGED & INCORRECT ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We offer a 30 Day Happiness Guarantee on All Purchases.
We get it, you ordered something and it’s not what you thought. No problems, unopened products can still be returned. Send the items back to us within 30 days and we’ll refund your money. Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error). If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we can’t accept this item as a return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Place items you’re returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We’re not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
- Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Make a copy of the invoice that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
- Use the return mailing address found on the invoice to address your return shipment.
- Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us.
- You’ll receive an email confirming your return request. Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to process, although, they usually don’t take that long.
A FEW SPECIAL CASES
- If you’re returning 12 or more of the same items, there will be a 20% restocking fee due to inventory control and those pesky shelf life limits.
- When returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, $4.95 will be deducted from your total refund if the new order value (less the return) is less than $49.
- The maximum value of all returned products can not exceed $250 in a 12 month time frame.
